All orders have been shipped! If you are missing your entire shipment or it was damaged you may contact Blackbox customer support at ariahstudios.blackbox.cool and they can help you out.
Missing / Replacement Parts
If you are missing any components or have received damaged components please contact us directly by sending an email to [email protected] to let us know. If your components are damaged, please send us images if possible so that we can have them for reference just in case there are any wide spread issues.

Rules Update
We released the first update to the rules this week based on feedback received. You can download the updated rules at www.DeckBoxDungeons.com. If you have further suggestions for rules clarifications or Frequently Asked Questions please let us know in the forum on Board Game Geek. We plan on releasing another rules update in about a week or so after more people have had a chance to play and let us know what might help.

Shipping Update
There are about 8-10 more shipments scheduled to go out tomorrow, but that should be everyone! There have been a couple of reports of shipments being "stuck" at a FedEx location. If this happens to you, please contact Blackbox support at [email protected] so that they can investigate and resolve any issues. It could be a Blackbox or FedEx issue.

This includes anyone who has reported an issue by other means. We just want to keep all reports in one place to try and prevent missing anyone. If your components are damaged, please send us images if possible so that we can have them for reference just in case there are any wide spread issues.
Retail Sales
Now that the initial fulfillment (excluding anyone with delayed shipping issues) for backers and pre-orders should be wrapped up tomorrow we plan to open up sales on www.DeckBoxDungeons.com to the public later this week. If you only got one copy, but are looking to get a second then this is your chance!
Rules / App Updates
In general the response to the game has been great, with the biggest issue we've seen being rules clarity. For that reason, we will be posting updated rules based on current feedback later this week. Please continue to let us know anything else that is unclear or confusing so that we can continue to improve the rules!
We were hoping to get another update out for the app this weekend, but our main computer for development decided to stop working. The good news is that everything is backed up and nothing was lost, but this will delay the next update of the app until we can get back up and running.

Shipping Update
99% of ALL orders have now been shipped!! There are only about 10-15 left that had some issues with special characters in the addresses we had to correct, but those will be imported tomorrow and should go out Monday at the latest.
We have had a couple questions regarding tracking for non-US shipments. The UK warehouse uses different shipping services based on country. Some offer tracking options and some do not. If you have received a shipping notice without tracking info you may Blackbox customer support at [email protected]. The customer support team should be able to give you a delivery estimate and in some cases you may be able to add tracking to an order.
Questions / Suggestions
We appreciate all the great feedback we've been getting! However, to try and not miss anything we would highly recommend using the forum at Board Game Geek in order to keep everything in one place. If that is not an option for some reason please feel free to direct message us, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to catch every question in comments spread out across social media and Kickstarter.

Additional Copies
After all the initial shipping to backers/preorders has finished we will be opening up sales on DeckBoxDungeons.com hopefully next week sometime. If you only backed for 1 copy or you think someone else would like the game make sure to sign up for our mailing list there to be notified when sales become available.
Next Kickstarter Update should be in a few days after shipping has wrapped up. That is also when we will begin any replacement shipments for damaged/missing components.

Shipping
As we mentioned in our last Update, all US shipments should now be sent and people are already starting to receive their games! Non-US shipments coming out of the UK will start early this week so it won't be much longer. It will likely be the same as US shipments where all shipments go out in the same day so we will post again when things have been sent.
Alexa Integration
We're adding yet another (optional) digital accessory for the game, a new skill for Amazon's Alexa. The new skill can be used for asking Alexa about rules and other things that may be useful while in the middle of a game. The initial skill will answer questions about keywords and skill checks, but we would really like to build it out a lot more. We have setup a google form ( https://forms.gle/38v1WSmD4Q4r9VHK8 ) for suggestions on what you would find most helpful and how you would phrase your questions. Please feel free to fill it out multiple times if you have more than one suggestion. There is no deadline for this as we plan to continue to add to the skill as needed.

Shipping Update
All US shipments should have gone out today! We are waiting on info from the UK for the worldwide shipments and will Update again when we find out more.
